Chad Connoy (photo, right) founded Maverick Windows in November 2018 with longtime friend, Dan Michael (photo left). Both were soaring in their separate careers, but, with a vision in mind and a “rapid fire shoot-from-the-hip mentality” as inspiration, they leaped into the unknown terrain of business ownership. Their company name, “Maverick”, exemplifies the unorthodox chance they took in leaving the security of highly successful jobs to create a successful company of their own.

With 18 years in the home improvement industry, the guidance of a strong mentor, and just over a year of business ownership, Chad Connoy and his company are off to a glowing start. A vital part of his secret to success: a financing partner that had faith in him.

Chad can recall several success stories where he didn’t think they’d get the financing, but after a simple follow up call to reconsider an auto decline, Foundation came through with an approval.

“I remember a job working with a customer who was a retired marine with a wife and two kids. He needed seven windows replaced. They were all broken in front, all single-pane windows.  He was originally declined for financing, but he needed the windows bad. I left the house feeling really disappointed.
