Please read this Autopay Authorization carefully and print or save a copy for future reference.
In this Autopay Authorization (Recurring Electronic Debit Authorization) (“Autopay Authorization”), the words “you” and “your” mean each and every person authorizing us to initiate recurring electronic debits as described below. The words “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” mean Foundation Finance Company LLC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns, and any third-party service providers acting on their behalf.
Authorization.
By agreeing to this Autopay Authorization, you authorize us to enroll you in Autopay and initiate recurring electronic debit entries to your designated bank account (including any bank account you later designate for this purpose) for the payment of amounts due in connection with one or more of your financing accounts with us. Electronic debit entries will be made in the amounts and on the dates set forth in the payment terms of any such account.
You also authorize us to initiate credit entries, adjustments, or reversals to the extent necessary to correct an error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. If an electronic debit entry is returned, rejected, dishonored, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, you authorize us to reinitiate the electronic debit entry one or more times in connection with the same payment.
Revoking this Authorization.
This Autopay Authorization will remain in effect until revoked by you or terminated by us. You understand that you may revoke this Autopay Authorization by notifying us at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled electronic debit entry, and that any such revocation may not be effective for debit entries scheduled within that period. Revocation or termination of this Autopay Authorization will not cancel or modify your obligation to make payments due under your financing agreement. If you revoke or we terminate this authorization, you will remain responsible for making required payments by another acceptable payment method.

Other Important Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are an authorized signer on the designated bank account and have authority to authorize electronic debit and credit entries to and from that account. You acknowledge that electronic debit entries authorized under this Autopay Authorization may be processed through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) network. You acknowledge that you are not required to enroll in Autopay or authorize recurring electronic fund transfers as a condition of obtaining credit from us.
Consent.
By clicking the button, or selecting the checkbox, displayed in connection with acknowledging and/or agreeing to this Autopay Authorization (or by otherwise taking an affirmative action indicating your agreement to this Autopay Authorization), you agree that:
- You have received, read, and agree to all of the terms of this Autopay Authorization; and
- You authorize us to enroll you in Autopay and initiate recurring electronic debit entries as set forth in this Autopay Authorization.
