Please read these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions carefully and print or save a copy for future reference.
In these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions, the words “you” and “your” mean any person giving consent to receive electronic billing statements as described below. The words “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” mean Foundation Finance Company LLC and its affiliates, successors and assigns, and designated third-party service providers acting on its behalf.
Thank you for your interest in receiving electronic billing statements from Foundation. This service will allow you to view your current and past billing statements on a secure website in lieu of receiving paper statements in the mail.
Authorization for Electronic Statements.
By indicating your acceptance of these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to stop sending you periodic billing statements by postal mail service and to instead deliver periodic billing statements to you electronically (“Electronic Statements”). You understand and agree that we will send you an email on an ongoing basis to your email address on file, notifying you that your Electronic Statement is ready to be viewed. You understand and agree that you will no longer receive paper copies of your billing statements.
You further acknowledge and agree that:
- You are an authorized signer of the account being accessed. Your electronic signature, executed in conjunction with these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions, will be legally binding on all owners and users of the account, including yourself. Any action performed in accordance with these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions will be considered authorized by you.
- Your ongoing consent to receive subsequent billing statements electronically is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. You may request to receive paper billing statements at any time through your online account portal. In most cases, we will resume mailing your billing statements no later than thirty (30) days after we confirm receipt of your request. You may also obtain a paper copy of any individual billing statement by calling 855-241-0024.
- Your computer system meets the minimum system requirements to access and view Electronic Statements. In addition, you have and will maintain a printer capable of printing any Electronic Statements that are emailed to you and/or made available electronically. In the alternative, you have and will maintain the ability to electronically save and visually display on your computer screen any Electronic Statement that is emailed to you and/or made available electronically.
- You understand that we will send you an email on a periodic basis notifying you that your Electronic Statement is ready to be viewed. In order for us to notify you of your Electronic Statement delivery, it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your email address. You agree to maintain a valid, active email address. You must promptly notify us of any change in your email address by calling 855-241-0024. We are not liable for any issues or claims arising from Electronic Statements or notifications being sent to an invalid or inactive email address or postal address provided to us.
- You understand and agree that although you will no longer receive billing statements by mail, you will be responsible for making all payments pursuant to the terms and conditions of any applicable agreement.
- You understand and agree that we reserve the right to change the terms of these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the Electronic Statements program at any time.
Consent.
By clicking the button, or selecting the checkbox, displayed in connection with acknowledging and/or agreeing to these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions (or by otherwise taking an affirmative action indicating your agreement to these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions), you agree that:
- You have received, read, and agree to all of the terms of these Electronic Statement Terms and Conditions; and
- You consent to no longer receive paper billing statements, and to receive Electronic Statements only.
