Alex Mladek – Chief Executive Officer
Alex Mladek is the Chief Executive Officer and one of Foundation’s founding partners. Mr. Mladek has over 20 years of experience in the consumer finance industry. Mr. Mladek has extensive experience in strategic planning and forecasting, compliance, capital raising, maintaining bank relationships, securitizations and financial reporting. Mr. Mladek graduated with a Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Andrea McCullion – Chief Business Development Officer
Andrea has more than 15 years’ sales and management experience in the consumer finance industry, previously running one of the largest retail finance branches in the country for a nationwide consumer finance lender. She is experienced in underwriting and collections along with business development, writing and graphic design and holds an M.B.A. with marketing emphasis.
Ryan Woller – Chief Operating Officer
Ryan holds a degree in business and has more than 15 years’ experience in collections, account servicing and funding/legal compliance in the consumer finance industry. He has effectively managed up to 200 collectors and has a strong background in nationwide lending and collection laws.
Craig Gadke – Chief Technology Officer
Craig is an accomplished, results-oriented IT professional with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of development, quality and technical management within many different industries - military, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, insurance and retail. He is experienced in overseeing multiple global development teams while effectively improving overall operations.
