Making Payments
What forms of payment are accepted?

Payments can be made using a checking or savings account online, by phone using our automated system, or by phone with a live agent. We also accept checks and money orders mailed in. Address: Foundation Finance Company, PO Box 3148, Hicksville, NY 11802

How do I enroll in autopay?

You can enroll in autopay by logging into your customer portal. You can also contact our office and we will be happy to set autopay up for you.

Where can I see my payoff amount?

Your payoff amount is displayed at the top right of the customer portal screen. This payoff amount is only valid for the current day. If you need a future payoff quoted to you, you may contact our office.

Am I able to view billing statements online?

Yes; you can view your last 12 statements on the main loan page of your customer portal.

Am I able to receive e-statements?

Yes, you can opt-in for e-statements by logging into the customer portal, clicking on the profile button, and then selecting ‘yes’ for e-statements.

Can I schedule a payment in advance?

Yes, you can schedule reoccurring payments or schedule multiple one-time payments on different dates.

Can I pay off my account online?

Yes, you may pay off your account online with your checking account and routing number.

What can I do in the customer portal?

You can do lots in the portal! Sign up for e -statements, enroll/adjust autopay options, pay off your balance, check account information, and more!

How do I register a new account?

Input your name and email address here, then check your email for your verification code. If you do not receive your verification code after 2-3 minutes, give us a call at 1-855-241-0024, Option 2.

Where can I find my account number needed for registration?

You can find your account number on the top half of your billing statement. If you are having trouble locating your account number please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.

I am receiving an error message on the registration page. What does this mean?

An error message may indicate one of many issues.

  1. Make sure your account number does not include any dashes
  2. Enter the first and last name on the registration page exactly how it appears on your billing statement. Do not include middle names and/or initials.

If the error persists, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you with the issue.

Is the portal an app that I can download?

No, the portal is a web-based portal that auto updates and is accessible on any mobile or desktop device. While there is no app to download on your device, you can add the portal to your device’s home screen by following these instructions.
