Working with Foundation Finance has been great! When we submit applications, we always get a quick response for an approval. If we need to make changes to submitted applications, the customer service team is always easy to work with – providing quick responses.
I like that if a customer calls and wants to add to the project, I can just call and usually within 5 minutes, I have the answer I’m looking for. No waiting around like I have to do with other lenders. Foundation has competitive rates, an easy to navigate portal, and they buy deeper on deals – but most of all, they have a great staff of employees that are always willing to help you out if you have a question.
My representative, Jennifer Englemann, is the best! If I ever need anything or have questions, she is always there to help. If she can’t pick up the phone when I call, she will always return my call promptly. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for us and Foundation.
