How To Submit A Credit App

The Process

Foundation Finance Company has a streamlined application process featuring drop down options and an error check for missing information. From start to finish, the app is standardized and comprehensive. We’ve included a QR code here that opens a video showing the process step by step. —>>>

It only takes about five steps:  1). In the FFC DecisionLender dealer portal, choose “new application” from the apps menu, which opens the credit app. 2). Select your business’ product type via a dropdown list. Fill in your name and phone number. 3). Complete the financing details. More dropdown options make it easy to complete this portion. 4). Fill in the customer information. Make sure you’ve got pertinent details from the customer including social security and  driver’s license numbers, employment status and income. 5). There’s a space for notes and you can add a co-applicant if needed. That’s it! When you submit the application, if you’re missing any details they will be indicated in red.  App accuracy is higher with electronic submission.

Let the Customer Complete the App!

Foundation Finance provides a custom link to add to your website or send directly to the customer in an email or text message that allows your customers to complete and submit their credit application electronically, from home or anywhere. The completed application is transmitted directly to Foundation Finance and uploaded into the DecisionLender portal.
