How to Submit an Application
You can save time on completing an application by auto-importing important customer information with Driver’s license scanning in our dealer portal. FFC dealers can also share a financing application link via text, email or their website so customers can fill out a prequalification request on their own time.
Accessing Driver's License Scanning
You can scan your customer’s Driver’s License information through both the Prequalification and the Submit an App links in LaunchPAD. From here, you can choose either the “Scan Driver’s License” or “Manual” entry options.
Using Driver's License Scanning
Once you select the “Scan Driver’s License” option, you will be prompted to scan the back of your customer’s license. We will auto-pull the relevant information from their license and insert it into their application.
Completing the Application
While your customer’s Driver’s License contains a lot of important information, it does not include everything we need to know to process their prequalification request or financing application. Please be sure to fill out the remaining empty sections, which will include items such as their project details, employment status, and gross monthly income. You can also add a joint applicant if desired.
Once you fill in the needed fields, review your information for accuracy and then submit your application!
What’s Next?
Most prequalification requests are processed instantly. You will find your customer’s prequalification amount, when the offer will expire and other details on the confirmation screen and in the “View My Apps” section of LaunchPAD. If your customer was not auto-decisioned or submitted a financing application, you will see that their decision is “Pending” and one of our underwriters will review their application and update the results in your app list soon.
